Phil Dietz

Phil Dietz

Youth Ministry, Spiritual Warfare, Author, Missionary

Phil Dietz has been in Ministry for over 50 years. He and his brother started in ministry as music evangelist traveling to 40 states and several different countries. They ministered to as many as 20,000 at evangelism conferences and Super summers and small events as few as 100 at times. While ministering to teenagers Phil noticed that many youth programs lacked the Bible teaching, Discipleship, Mentoring, and mission emphasis. This led him to a passionate desire for youth ministry. Through the years Phil has developed material and plans to take students and adults deeper into the Word.  His desire is to see students grow deeper into a relationship with Christ. These plans are available and Phil is willing to come train ministers. He has been on staff in two small churches, and two mega churches of 11,000, and 5,000 members with large youth ministries. He has seen almost every situation common to ministry and counseling.

Back 40 South America Coordinator, Missionary, Translator, Logistic Coordinator

I started early going on missions with my father and marveled at every new believer I saw come to Christ. When I was 9 years old, my perspective on missions changed when I met Walker Moore, seeing young people giving their time and strength to the work of God touched my heart. Inspired by them, I began learning English to help with translation in my home country, Peru. Some years later I was privileged to be their translator here for 7 years. I studied Communication Sciences at the University, I came to fulfill one of my dreams of working on a television channel. I was able to join a transnational airline, Avianca, where I stayed for enriching 3 years. I have been the mother of Rafaela for 10 months, the girl who has conquered my heart, together with Kairo, my husband, we are very excited and learning every day how to become the best parents for her.

Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
